A Sussex ambulance driver who lied to police after he failed to help a 30 stone man who collapsed and died, has been jailed for a year.



A Sussex ambulance driver who lied to police after he failed to help a 30 stone man who collapsed and died, has been jailed for a year.

45 year old Karl Harris from Portslade had denied perverting the course of justice.

He'd been trying to cover his tracks.

During his trial, a crewmate told the jury Harris had told him to say the man was dead when they arrived.
